Check out this article on Entrepreneur.com on the "Seven Steps to Superstar Employees".  One of our objectives here at L.I.S.S. is to fill in the gap between management and security officers and assist in the professional development of the front line employees. In this economic climate and high turn-over rates it might be easier to neglect the importance of performance evaluation and investment  into their further training.  L.I.S.S. goal is to partner with security companies to provide a cost efficient solution to these needs.

"Positive feedback strengthens performance. People will naturally go the extra mile when they feel recognized and appreciated. When corrective feedback is handled poorly, it will be a significant source of friction and conflict. When it is handled well, people will experience the positive effects and performance is strengthened." - Katherine Graham-Levis
