use of multimedia services and training material that promote
confidence, purpose, and a professional image.
Why:
In these economic times many security companies cannot afford
their time and money to invest into their officer's professional
development and their sense of self-worth. Officers often times become
complacent and start neglecting their duties in a subconscious or
conscious response to sensing a neglect from their employer. There is a
high turn-over rate in the security industry and L.I.S.S. goal is to
help reduce that problem for many companies.
How:
L.I.S.S. is an affordable resource for both security companies and
officers. We produce multimedia material and exercises that officers can
use on or off duty. It will include scenario based training, short lectures, and relevant publication. It also provides one-on-one
job coaching and training consultations. L.I.S.S. partners with training
companies to help fill the gap between security management and their
field officers.
